John 19:3-5

³ and they began to come up to Him and say, “^(A)Hail, King of the Jews!” and to ^(B)give Him slaps in the face. ⁴ Pilate ^(C)came out again and *said to them, “Behold, I am bringing Him out to you so that you may know that ^(D)I find no guilt in Him.” ⁵ Jesus then came out, ^(E)wearing the crown of thorns and the purple robe. Pilate *said to them, “Behold, the Man!”
